AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 108

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 108 on page 3, line 22, by inserting after "home" the following: "and no other living arrangement agreeable to the minor and the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made"; and

on page 12, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following: "home, and no other living arrangement agreeable to the minor and the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made, the agency".
