AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 108

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 108 on page 3, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following: "child to return home and no other living arrangement agreeable to the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made, and the parent, guardian, or custodian has not made any other appropriate living arrangement for the child;"; and

on page 3, line 24, by deleting "made;"; and

on page 13, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following: "home, and no other living arrangement agreeable to the minor and the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made, and the parent, guardian, or custodian has not made any other appropriate living arrangement for the child, the agency".
