1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 62
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 62 on page 8, by
3 replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
4 "of a firearm;"; and

5 on page 14, by inserting immediately below line 4 the
6 following:
7         "(4) For purposes of this subsection (e), the term
8     "firearm" shall have the meaning provided under Section 1.1
9     of the Firearms Owners Identification Card Act, and shall
10     not include an air rifle as defined by Section 1 of the Air
11     Rifle Act.".
