1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5578
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5578, on page 1, by
3 replacing line 23 with the following:
4 "subpoena, unless the public school district or board of
5 education or public school employee is a named party in the
6 action. Any action that concerns a recognized collective
7 bargaining unit of public school employees is exempt from the
