| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5494

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5494, AS AMENDED, | 3 |
| immediately
below Section 85, by inserting the following:

| "Section 90. Upon the payment of the sum of $6,750.00 to | 5 |
| the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth | 6 |
| in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of | 7 |
| Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all | 8 |
| right, title and interest in and to the following described | 9 |
| land in Madison County, Illinois, to James F. Stille. | 10 |
| Parcel No. 800XC47 | 11 |
| That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township | 12 |
| 4 North, Range 8 West of the Third Principal Meridian, | 13 |
| Madison County, State of Illinois, described as follows: | 14 |

Commencing at an iron rod at the southeast corner of said |
