2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5187 on page 3, line
3 7, by replacing "General Counsel" with "Law"; and

4 on page 11, line 7, by replacing "director" with "deputy
5 director"; and

6 on page 82, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

7 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
8 January 1, 2009.".
