on page 4, by deleting lines 2 through 10; and

on page 8, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following: "Criminal Code of 1961;"; and

on page 19, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following: "Criminal Code of 1961;"; and

on page 41, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following: "Code of 1961.".
