1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4608
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4608 on page 5, by
3 replacing line 9 with the following:

4 "and that collective bargaining agreement meets or exceeds the
5 testing policies outlined in this Act.
6 The provisions of this Act do not apply to employees
7 covered by the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of
8 1991.".
