2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4437, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, as follows:

5 on page 1, line 9, after "required", by inserting "; pilot
6 program"; and

7 on page 1, line 10, after "shall", by inserting "establish a
8 3-year pilot program for City of Chicago School District 299 in
9 which the Department shall".
