AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4263

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4263 on page 2, line 26, after "maximum load)", by inserting "on interstate highways as defined in Section 1-133.1 of this Code"; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 15 through 20 with "vehicle and maximum load) on interstate highways as defined in Section 1-133.1 of this Code , on a highway or street which is especially designed for through traffic and to, from, or over which owners of or persons having an interest in abutting property or other persons have no right or easement, or only a limited right or easement, of access, crossing, light, air, or view, and shall not exceed 55 miles per hour on any other".
