1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4206
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4206 by replacing
3 line 26 on page 5 and lines 1 through 4 on page 6 with the
4 following:
5         "(13) Carries or possesses on or about his or her
6     person while in a building occupied by a unit of
7     government, a billy club, other weapon of like character,
8     or other instrument of like character intended for use as a
9     weapon. For the purposes of this Section, "billy".
