AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3618

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3618 on page 2, 
3
immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:

    "(d) Nothing in this Section requires the removal or 
5
relocation of any existing flags currently displayed in the 
6
State.  This Section does not apply to a State facility if the 
7
requirements of this Section cannot be satisfied without a 
8
