3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1 as follows:

5 on page 1, line 9, after "4 years", by inserting "and approved
6 by the Department"; and

7 on page 2, after line 6, by inserting the following:

8 "This Section is repealed on January 1, 2014.".
