1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3412
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3412, on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
4 "(a) The taxi driver's picture, the taxi driver's license
5 or registration number, and the taxicab medallion number or an
6 exterior identification number must be posted in a visible
7 location in"; and

8 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following:
9 "driver is operating the taxicab in a reckless manner.".
