110 ILCS 520/1   from Ch. 144, par. 651

    Amends the Southern Illinois University Management Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning creation of the Board of Trustees.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Southern Illinois University Management Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (110 ILCS 520/1)  (from Ch. 144, par. 651)
7     Sec. 1. There is hereby created a body politic and~~and~~
8 corporate which shall be styled the Board of Trustees of
9 Southern Illinois University to operate, manage, control and
10 maintain the University, hereinafter called the Board.
