| "Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding | | 6 |
| Section 25-5-15 as follows:

| proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of no | | 10 |
| more than one year after the effective date of this amendatory | | 11 |
| Act of the 95th General Assembly by the City of Champaign for | | 12 |
| the acquisition of the following properties for the purpose of | | 13 |
| drainage and other improvements related to the Boneyard Creek | | 14 |
| Project, including right of way, permanent easements, and | | 15 |
