1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding
5 Section 25-5-15 as follows:

6     (735 ILCS 30/25-5-15 new)
7     Sec. 25-5-15. Quick-take; City of Champaign. Quick-take
8 proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of no
9 more than one year after the effective date of this amendatory
10 Act of the 95th General Assembly by the City of Champaign for
11 the acquisition of the following properties for the purpose of
12 drainage and other improvements related to the Boneyard Creek
13 Project, including right of way, permanent easements, and
14 temporary easements:

15     Parcel A - (PIN 46-21-07-351-014) 112 East Clark Street

16     Lot 12 in Block 1 of Campbell and Kirkpatrick's Addition to
17     Urbana, now a part of the City of Champaign, as per Plat
18     recorded in Deed Record "E" at Page 352, situated in
19     Champaign County, Illinois.

20     Parcel B - (PIN 46-21-07-353-005) 111 East White Street

1     The East 34 feet of Lot 2 of a Subdivision of Block 1 of J.
2     C. Kirkpatrick's Second Addition to the Town of West
3     Urbana, now City of Champaign, as per plat recorded in Deed
4     Record 8 at page 232, in Champaign County, Illinois.

5     Parcel D - (PIN 46-21-07-353-010) 108 East Stoughton Street

6     Lot 10 of a Subdivision of Block 1 of J. C. Kirkpatrick's
7     Second Addition to the Town of West Urbana, now City of
8     Champaign, as per plat recorded in Deed Record 8 at Page
9     232, in Champaign County, Illinois.

10     Parcel G (PIN 46-21-07-355-002) 201-1/2 East University
11     Avenue

12     Tract I - Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 6 in
13     Block 2 in Campbell & Kirkpatrick's Addition to Urbana (now
14     a part of the City of Champaign) running thence West 20
15     feet; thence South 80 feet; thence East 20 feet; thence
16     North 80 feet to the point of beginning, situated in
17     Champaign County, Illinois. Tract II - The West 8 feet of
18     the East 28 feet of the North 80 feet of Lot 6 in Block 2 in
19     Campbell & Kirkpatrick's Addition to Urbana (now a part of
20     the City of Champaign), in Champaign County, Illinois.

1     Parcel H (PIN 46-21-07-355-001) 201 East University Avenue

2     The West 38 feet of the North 80 feet of Lot 6 in Block 2 of
3     Campbell and Kirkpatrick's Addition to Urbana, now a part
4     of the City of Champaign, as per Plat recorded in Deed
5     Record "E" at page 352, situated in Champaign County,
6     Illinois.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
