1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2353
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2353 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1.1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 505/1.1)  (from Ch. 23, par. 5001.1)
7     Sec. 1.1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
8 ~~the~~Children and Family Services Act.
