AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1855

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1855 on page 1, lines 8 and 9 by deleting "or could have resulted"; and

on page 2, line 9 by deleting "attempt to possess,"; and

on page 4, line 5 by deleting "in the possession of or"; and

on page 4, line 12 by changing "inappropriate" to "erratic"; and

on page 5, line 20 by inserting after "program" the following: ", except when these costs are covered under provisions in a collective bargaining agreement".
