AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1716

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1716, AS AMENDED,
3 immediately below Section 90, by inserting the following:
 
4     "Section 95. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,200 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
7 Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
8 right, title and interest in and to the following described
9 land in Madison County, Illinois, to WR Acquisitions, LLC:
 
10 Parcel No. 800XC17
 
11 A tract of ground in the S. E. 1/4, S. E. 1/4, Section 22-5-9
12 described as follows:
 
13 Beginning at the intersection at the east right of way line of
