Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(e) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby return

House Bill 1303, entitled “AN ACT concerning regulation,” with the following specific recommendations for change:

 

on page 1, line 8 through 9, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 1, line 14, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 1, line 16, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 1, line 19, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 1, line 21 through 22, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 2, line 15, by deleting “ holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 2, line 16 through 17, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 3, line 7, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 3, line 9, by deleting “, holding tanks,”; and

 

on page 4, line 4, by deleting “ holding tanks,”.
