4 1, on page 2, after line 12, by inserting the following:

5 "Any person who knowingly violates this Section commits a Class
6 4 felony."; and

7 on page 3, after line 11, by inserting the following:

8 "Any person who knowingly violates this Section commits a Class
9 4 felony.".
