1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1071
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1071 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Condominium Property Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (765 ILCS 605/1)  (from Ch. 30, par. 301)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.
8     This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
9 "Condominium Property Act."
