AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 986, on page 1, line 7, by replacing "providers" with "facilities"; and

on page 1, line 14, by replacing "provider" with "facility"; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:

""Health care facility" means any hospital or long term care facility licensed in Illinois."; and

on page 2, by deleting line 1.
