AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 937

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 937 as follows:

on page 5, by replacing lines 7 through 15 with  the following:

"2005 and that is used for wood combustion facilities for 
5
energy recovery that accept and burn only wood material, as 
6
