1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 825
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 825 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 11, by inserting the following:
4 "(d) An electric utility shall bear the costs of issuing
5 any reports required by this Section and it shall not be
6 entitled to recovery of any costs incurred in complying with
7 this Section.".
