AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 811

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 811 as follows:

on page 3, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following: "terminate outside Illinois. The exemption for motor vehicles used as rolling stock moving in interstate commerce may be claimed only for the following vehicles: (i) motor vehicles whose gross vehicle weight rating exceeds 16,000 pounds; and (ii) limousines, as defined in Section 1-139.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. This definition applies to all"; and

on page 8, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following: "terminate outside Illinois.
