1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 313
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 313, on page 4, by
3 replacing line 26 with the following:
4 "(g-5) The Secretary of State, in his or her discretion,
5 may designate on each driver's license issued a space where the
6 licensee may place a sticker or decal, issued by the Secretary
7 of State, of uniform size as the Secretary may specify, on
8 which the words "Do not resuscitate." shall appear."; and

9 on page 5, by deleting lines 1 and 2.
