AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 121

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 121, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 14, by replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:

"fee; and (ii) demonstrate that he or she has completed a minimum obtained the equivalent of 20 hours of continuing education and met any additional continuing education requirements established by the Department by rule if the licensee has been inactive for 5 years or more.".
