1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 82
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Joint Resolution 82 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:

4     "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL
5 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
6 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Huntley CSD 158 -
7 Kane, McHenry with respect to a statement of affairs,
8 identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
9 as request WM100-3734-1, is disapproved; and be it further

10     RESOLVED, That the waiver request made by Aurora West USD
11 129 - Kane with respect to a statement of affairs, identified
12 in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
13 WM100-3748, is approved for only two years and disapproved for
14 the remaining 3 years; and be it further

15     RESOLVED, That the waiver request made by Warren THSD 121 -
16 Lake with respect to driver education, identified in the report
17 filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-3762, is
18 approved for only one year and disapproved for the remaining 4
19 years.".
