AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2615

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2615 on page 1, by

replacing lines 25 through 29 with the following:

"expenses.  In the case of a surcharge imposed by Peoria County 
5
and approved by the electors under Section 15.3, however, the 
6
corporate authorities of the City of Peoria shall provide for 
7
