1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2253
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2253 on page 8,
3 immediately below line 19, by inserting the following:

4 "Section 92. Exemptions. This Act does not apply to any
5 bank, savings and loan association, credit union, sales finance
6 agency, licensee under the Real Estate License Act of 2000,
7 licensee under the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987, or
8 insurance company or any of their subsidiaries that are
9 organized, chartered, or holding a certificate of authority to
10 do business under the laws of this State or any other state or
11 under federal law.".
