1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2111
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2111, by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4     "AN ACT concerning sex offenders."; and

5 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
6 following:

7     "Section 5. "An Act concerning sex offenders, approved July
8 11, 2005, (Public Act 94-166) is amended by adding Section 99
9 as follows:

10     (P.A. 94-166, Sec. 99 new)
11     Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act (Public Act 94-166) takes
12 effect on July 1, 2006.

13     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.".
