1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2086
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2086, on page 1,
3 line 8, after "alarm", by deleting "of the ionization or
4 photoelectric type"; and

5 on page 1, line 10, after "Marshal", by inserting ", bears the
6 label of a nationally recognized testing laboratory, and
7 complies with the most recent standards of the Underwriters
8 Laboratories or the Canadian Standard Association".
