AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2053

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2053 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 34 through 36 with the following:

"(c) When the county collector discovers, within 5 years one year after the date of sale if taxes were sold at an annual tax sale or within 180 days after the date of sale if taxes were sold at"; and

on page 3, line 1, by changing "a scavenger tax sale," to "a scavenger tax sale,".
