1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2038
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2038, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment 1,
4 on page 3, immediately below line 30, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "The conveyance of land under this Section is subject to
7 the condition that the land must be used or held by the
8 Community Unit School District 303 for public purposes unless
9 otherwise authorized by law. If at any time the condition is
10 breached then the land shall revert back to the State of
11 Illinois, Department of Corrections, by operation of law.".
