1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1701
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1701 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 13, after "(ii)" by inserting "if installed and
4 used in accordance with a corrective action plan or remedial
5 action plan approved by the Agency under this Act,"; and

6 on page 1, lines 14 through 16, by deleting "if expressly
7 authorized by and conducted in accordance with a corrective
8 action plan or remedial action plan approved by the Agency
9 under this Act".
