AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1435

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1435 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4     "Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $9,900 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
7 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released
8 over and through the following described land in LaSalle
9 County, Illinois:

11     That part of the East 12.00 acres of the North One Half of
12     the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
