2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1216, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
5 "(b) The chairperson shall be elected by the majority of
6 those members appointed to the Council. The Council may chose
7 such other".
