2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 635 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 14, after "State", by inserting "through Amtrak
4 or its successor"; and

5 on page 1, lines 21 and 27, by replacing "Director" each time
6 it appears with "chief operating officer"; and

7 on page 1, line 21, by deleting "agency".
