AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 562

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 562, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 21, by inserting after the comma the
5 following:
6 "methamphetamine waste site or other methamphetamine-related
7 site"; and
 
8 on page 2, line 22, by deleting "methamphetamine"; and
 
9 on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 30 the
10 following:
11     ""Finished methamphetamine" means methamphetamine in a
12 form commonly used for personal consumption."; and
 
13 on page 3, line 1, by replacing "or extract" with "extract, or
14 package"; and
 
15 on page 3, by replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:
16     ""Methamphetamine" means the chemical methamphetamine (a
17 Schedule II controlled substance under the Illinois Controlled
18 Substances Act) or any salt, optical isomer, salt of optical
19 isomer, or analog thereof, with the exception of
20 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) or any other
21 scheduled substance with a separate listing under the Illinois
22 Controlled Substances Act."; and

2 on page 4, line 10, by replacing "or diluted" with ", diluted,

11 be disbursed equitably by the circuit clerk in the following
12 order:
13         (1) first, to the local agencies involved in the
14     emergency response;

17         (3) third, to the federal agencies involved in the
18     emergency response."; and
