1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 532
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 532 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:
4 "prominently visible place at each location in the State where
5 the retail sale of motor fuel is offered to the public. The
6 notice shall"; and

7 on page 1, by replacing lines 17 through 29 with the following:
8 "imposed on gross receipts, the notice shall state the
9 applicable rate for each such tax.".
