1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 485
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 485 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 10 with the following:
4 "provided in Section 7 and in those cases where the owner
5 notifies the local assessing authority, by sworn affidavit,
6 that the mobile home is uninhabited and will no longer be used
7 for human habitation, the owner of each ~~inhabited~~ mobile home".
