1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 212
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 212 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 24 through 27 with the following:
4 "Each school district shall annually notify parents about the
5 indoor air quality policy. Notification may be included in
6 newsletters, bulletins, handbooks, or other correspondence
7 currently published by the school district or included on the
8 school district's Internet website. The policy must be made
9 available upon verbal or written request.".
