AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5382

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5382 on page 1, by replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following: "setting to another type of residential setting without his or her voluntary informed consent and the voluntary informed consent of his or her guardian (if one exists)."; and

on page 13, line 28, after the period, by inserting "After the submission of each annual report, a public hearing before the appropriate committee of the Illinois General Assembly shall be held to receive public comment and further discussion of the Disability Services Plan.".
