1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5334
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5334, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing the first 2 sentences of subsection (a) of Section 10
4 with the following:
5 "(a) Subject to appropriation, the Condominium Advisory
6 Council is created within the Department of Revenue. Subject to
7 appropriation, the Department of Revenue shall provide
8 administrative and financial support to the Council.".
