1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5329
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5329 on page 3,
3 immediately below line 31, by inserting the following:
4 "Any proceeds collected from the tax imposed under this
5 Section may be used by the county only for the purpose of
6 disease preparedness programs, including, without limitation,
7 vaccine inventories and pandemic influenza preparedness and
8 response planning.".
