1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4894
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4894, AS AMENDED, in
3 Section 10, Sec. 30, subsec. (f), the sentence beginning "All
4 inspections and", by replacing "All inspections" with
5 "Inspections"; and

6 in Section 10, Sec. 30, subsec. (f), immediately after the
7 sentence beginning "The requirements of", by inserting the
8 following:
9 "This subsection (f) does not apply to cursory weekly and
10 monthly inspections of gauges and control valves conducted in
11 accordance with the standards of the National Fire Protection
12 Association.".
