    AN ACT concerning employment.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 18 as follows:

    Sec. 18. All questions arising under this Act, if not 
8
settled by
agreement of the
the parties interested therein,

shall, except as otherwise
provided, be determined by the

Commission.
