AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4052

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4052 on page 1, by

replacing lines 18 through 21 with the following:
4
    "(c) For purposes of this Section, "viability" means that 
5
stage of fetal development when there is a reasonable 
6
likelihood of sustained survival
of the fetus outside the womb, 
7
with or without
